How orders are packed

Most frame orders are packed in individual boxes using foam shipping corners.


  • Six-packs are bulk packed together in one box.

Packing methods will vary based on the contents of your order.

How Your Order Ships

  • Frame orders ship UPS ground.
  • Hardware ships USPS or UPS ground.
  • Oversized and volume orders ship freight.

Oversize & Volume Orders

  • Large orders ship by LTL freight. Frames are bundled with foam corners, stretch-wrapped, and securely strapped to a pallet.

  • Individual boxing on volume orders is quoted separately.

Shipping Questions

When will my order ship?
We recommend ordering your frames two weeks before any deadlines. While many orders ship within 3–5 business days, lead time will vary depending on order size, material availability, and current production volume.
Can I return my frames?
Yes, Please review our Return Policy for information about returns and return shipping.
Do you offer rush production?
We do not offer paid rush production. Orders are fulfilled as quickly as possible in the order they are received. This allows us to maintain consistent quality and dependable turnaround times for every customer. If you do have a specific deadline, please contact us before ordering. We will do our best to accommodate every customers needs, but expedited production cannot be guaranteed.
What is included with my frame?
Frames ship assembled and bare, without glazing, backing, or hanging hardware. This allows you to select the finishing materials and installation method appropriate for your artwork.
What should I do if my order is damaged?
We take great care when packing every order, but shipping damage can occasionally occur. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us promptly and include: Your order number, Photos of the damaged frame, Photos of the shipping box or pallet. Please retain the frame and all packaging materials until we have reviewed the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
