Are you open to the public?
Yes, we have a full-service retail frame shop open to the public from 9am to 4pm on weekdays. We offer a range of matting, mounting, and glazing options for our local customers.
Can I order custom sizes?
Yes, all of our frame are made to order. Custom orders can be placed via our phone, e-mail, or custom order form. There is no additional charge for custom size frames.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No minimum order quantities. all list prices are for individually packed frames. We do offer discounts for high volume and bulk orders.
Can you help with frame design and layout?
Absolutely! Our team provides design consultations to helpyou achieve the perfect look for your framed items.
Are you actually wholesale?
Yes! We purchase high volumes of moulding from multiplevendors and cut and join all frames in-house at our Meriden, Connecticutfacility. By selling directly to artists and galleries, we’re able to offer20–50% below traditional retail custom frame shop pricing.
Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?
Yes! We offer tiered discounts for bulk orders, starting with as few as six frames. Additional discounts are available based on total footage of moulding used or your annual order volume. Whether you're framing for a single show or ordering regularly throughout the year, we’re happy to offer competitive pricing.
What are your frames made of?
All Wholesale Frame Co. frames are crafted from solid wood, sourced from a variety of species. Our mouldings feature a range of high-quality finishes including veneers, stains, painted surfaces, gesso, plaster, and even genuine gold leaf, depending on the style. Each frame is built to meet the standards of professional artists and galleries.
Do you offer a warranty or guarantee on your frames?
Yes, we offer a satisfaction guarantee on all our frames. If you're not happy with the result, we will work with you to make it right.

Shipping & Returns

When will my order ship?
Most custom frame orders ship within 1–3 business days. Larger or high-volume orders may take up to 5–7 business days to process and ship.
How is my order shipped?
We ship all orders via UPS Ground or USPS for reliable,trackable delivery.
How are your frames packaged?
Each frame is individually packed in reusable Wholesale Frame Co. boxes, with protective foam corners to ensure safe transit. Multiple frames are bundled together for efficient and secure shipping.
I received a damaged frame — what should I do?
We’re here to help! Please contact us right away, and we’ll send a replacement frame as quickly as possible.
Can I return my frame?
Absolutely. You can return any frame for any reason within30 days of receiving your order — no questions asked.
