Bulk Discount Program
Bulk discounts apply to qualifying orders placed at the same time. Discounts for the two bulk options cannot be combined with each other.
Bulk Discounts (Non-Stacking):
- 10% off any order of 6+ frames of the same size and profile

10% off any order of 100 ft+ equivalent of the same profile in assorted frame sizes
(We do not sell length; “100+ ft equivalent” is based on the total combined moulding used for all frames ordered in that profile.)
All bulk orders are bulk-packed.
Top Rank Customer Tier
Top Rank Customers are those who purchase $10,000+ annually, calculated on a rolling 12-month basis.
Top Rank Benefits:
- 10% off all orders
- Can stack this 10% with ONE of the bulk discounts (max total discount = 20%)
- Example: 6+ frames of same size/profile = 10%
- Top Rank adds 10%
- Total discount = 20%
Top Rank status is reviewed monthly.
Freight Credit Program
For any order that must ship via freight:
- All customers receive a 20% freight credit, regardless of tier or discount level.
(This helps offset freight costs on large or oversized shipments.) - Freight charges are quoted on a per-order basis
Freight credits apply per order.
Order Requirements, Notes & Restrictions
- Discounts apply to materials only. Labor charges are not discounted.
- Bulk discounts apply only when qualifying items are placed on a single order.

- Top Rank + one bulk discount (max 20%)
